Is ExpeditusPOS really an Oklahoma company?

Yes! Expeditus POS is the brainchild of two Oklahoma-born-and-bred best friends.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, underneath username and password there is an option to reset your password.

Do you have METRC integration?

Yes.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

No, you just need to send a request for a demo and a customer manager will contact you to get started.

How long are your contracts?

Expeditus POS is a month-to-month SAAS, unless you sign up for an annual commitment.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, if you feel like Expeditus POS isn’t meeting your standards then you can simply contact your customer manager to cancel your account and it will end after the current billing cycle.

Where is my data stored?

Utah.

Can I use the POS with my own payment terminal?

We are currently working to integrate payment terminals.

In what states and Countries is Expeditus POS available?

Right now, Expeditus POS is only available in Oklahoma, but we have plans to go nationwide. Follow us on all socials to keep up with the latest news!

Will I be able to track my in-store and online sales separately?

Yes, we have made it a point to have detailed reporting to help you run your company with success. Simply go into sales reporting and filter with the search bar which reports you would like to see.

Does Expeditus POS integrate with Metrc, my state's track and trace system?

Do I need to buy special hardware to use EXPEDITUS POS?

No, Expeditus POS is a cloud based SAAS. You have the freedom to choose what type of hardware works best for you. Compatible with Mac and Windows operating systems: desktops, laptops, and tablets. (Add versions or higher for mac, windows, chrome os)

What if I don't have time to learn a new software?

We understand time is money, especially in the world of cannabis. So we have streamlined the process and made it very user-friendly. What happens when I hit my monthly sales limit?

At Expeditus POS we don’t believe in limiting your stores potential, for that reason we do not have a monthly sales limit.

What if my internet goes down in my store?

You’re in luck with Expeditus POS, we are available online or offline. If the internet goes out continue checking out patients and never miss a sell again.

What is onboarding like with Expeditus POS?

A dedicated customer service manager will assist you with onboarding. If you have all needed documentation ready (inventory details)  for onboarding, then we can do it in under 48 hrs.
